We are collaborating with a renowned Singapore-based architecture firm that boasts over 50 years of expertise. This firm is celebrated for its commitment to people-centric, sustainable, and innovative design solutions across diverse sectors, including healthcare, transportation, mixed-use developments, and urban planning. We are assisting them in their search for a talented architect to join their esteemed team.
Key responsibilities:
- Participate in all phases of architectural projects from conceptual design through to construction documentation and implementation.
- Develop innovative and practical design solutions that are aligned with project goals, sustainability standards, and user needs.
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams including urban planners, engineers, and consultants to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Prepare detailed drawings, presentation materials, and design documentation using software such as Revit, AutoCAD, Rhino, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Conduct site visits and provide technical support during construction to ensure design integrity and quality standards are met.
- Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and statutory requirements.
- Contribute to design reviews and collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders.
Key qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Architecture from a recognized institution.
- Minimum of 3–5 years of relevant architectural experience, preferably in large-scale public or infrastructure projects.
- Strong design and technical skills with proficiency in tools such as Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Rhino, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Knowledge of sustainable design principles and green certification frameworks (e.g., BCA Green Mark, LEED) is a plus.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and coordination skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
- Registered Architect or on the path to registration will be an advantage.
