We are seeking an experienced M&E Quantity Surveyor to join our dynamic team in Singapore.

We are looking for a skilled M&E Quantity Surveyor to provide comprehensive quantity surveying services for Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (M&E) systems in construction projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and managing tender documentation, conducting cost analysis, and providing expert advice on M&E costs, contract administration, and final account settlements.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and manage tender documentation, including bills of quantities, for M&E systems
- Conduct cost analysis and provide expert advice on M&E costs, including estimating, budgeting, and forecasting
- Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure seamless project delivery
- Review and verify M&E contractor's submissions, including payment claims and final accounts
- Conduct site visits to monitor M&E installation progress and identify potential cost risks
- Provide expert advice on contract administration, including variations, claims, and disputes
- Prepare and manage final account settlements for M&E systems
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure repeat business and referrals
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes affecting M&E systems

Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in M&E quantity surveying, preferably in a consultancy setting
- Professional qualification in quantity surveying (e.g., RICS, SISV) is highly desirable
- Strong knowledge of M&E systems, including design, installation, and testing
Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, and experience with cost management software (e.g., CostX, PlanSwift)
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
