Our client is looking for an Assistant Operations Manager for one of their marquee malls. This role will involve tenancy management of retailers, ensuring their needs are being met. Key Responsibilities:
- Drive the optimization of cutting-edge equipment and systems to enhance asset performance and efficiency.
- Spearhead innovative projects that elevate and transform asset operations to new heights.
- Build strong tenant relationships by addressing their requests, feedback, and overseeing seamless handovers and takeovers of premises.
- Lead the charge in negotiating and managing dynamic building maintenance service contracts to ensure top-notch service delivery.
- Strategize, plan, and execute operational budgets and development works to perfection.
- Champion the timely renewal and replacement of term contracts, building certifications, and regulatory licenses to ensure seamless compliance.
- Inspire and guide the Operations team, including Senior/Building Executives and Technicians, towards excellence.
- Collaborate with Government bodies, consultants, architects, and contractors to tackle exciting building challenges.
- Cultivate talent by identifying training needs and unlocking the potential of M&E and Housekeeping teams.
- Enforce and uphold company policies to guarantee compliance, safety, and the welfare of staff.
- Deliver impactful management reports, budgets, and ad hoc analyses to drive decision-making.
-Take on any other thrilling tasks and challenges assigned by supervisors or management.
Key Requirements:
- Hold a Bachelor's Degree, Postgraduate Diploma, or Professional Degree in Property Development, Real Estate Management, or a related field.
- Bring at least 5 years of impactful experience in the property or real estate sector, showcasing your expertise and leadership.
- Shine as a seasoned professional, preferably with a proven track record as a Manager in Property/Real Estate or similar domains.
- Stand out with certification as an Environmental Control Officer for Specified Premises, demonstrating your commitment to excellence and sustainability.
