Key Responsibilities:
- Perform energy audits, collect necessary data, and prepare comprehensive energy audit reports.
- Conduct walk-through audits and perform measurement and verification of building performance to analyze and recommend improvements.
- Develop and implement energy, water, and waste management plans to promote sustainability initiatives.
- Design engineering solutions that deliver optimal value to clients.
- Support clients through the certification processes for Green Mark, WELL, and LEED standards.
- Assist project managers in executing various project tasks.
- Supervise and coordinate subcontractors.
- Oversee the testing and commissioning of implemented systems.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction throughout project lifecycles.
- Perform data analysis and maintain engineering systems to ensure efficient operations.
Key Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical field such as Engineering, Sustainability, Energy, or Environmental Science.
- Familiarity with LEED, WELL, and Green Mark certifications is advantageous.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in sustainability consulting, green building projects, or a related field.
- Knowledge of ACMV systems is preferred.
- Strong communication and report-writing skills.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical reports and drawings.
- Creative in developing visual and verbal presentations, focusing on customer-centric solutions.
- Adaptable and solution-oriented in dynamic situations.
- Excellent planning and organizational abilities.
- A collaborative team player who is also capable of working independently with accountability.
- Passionate advocate for energy and sustainability, driven to make a meaningful impact.
- Experience engaging stakeholders, including government authorities (e.g., BCA, NEA), multinational corporations, and senior management.
- Actively explores and introduces innovative market technologies and products.
