As an Investment Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in driving growth and expansion across the APAC region. Reporting to the Investment Manager, you will identify and execute new investment opportunities, build strategic relationships, and support commercial and M&A activities. Your expertise will inform business decisions, shape our market presence, and contribute to the company's long-term strategy.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Investment Manager to identify and execute growth opportunities in existing and new markets
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including real estate companies, consultants, telecommunications, and utility companies
- Support commercial material development for large projects
- Manage investment processes, including opportunity identification, contract negotiation, and M&A execution
- Track and build M&A pipeline in target markets
- Cross-functional collaboration with technology, development, and finance teams to identify new business opportunities
- Develop financial models, business cases, and contribute to deal execution
- Prepare transaction-related documents and support legal negotiations
- Conduct market analysis and competitive intelligence for expansion markets
- Deliver high-quality briefing papers and recommendations to senior management and the board
- Contribute to long-term business strategy development

Key Requirements:
- MBA/CA/CFA qualification and tertiary qualifications in Business/Commerce/Economics or similar relevant field
- 4-6 years of investment experience in private equity, investment banking, strategy consulting, or in-house M&A
- Substantial experience in data centre, real estate, or infrastructure sectors across APAC
- Proven ability to develop complex business cases and interact with senior stakeholders
- Strong quantitative and financial analysis capabilities
- Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Flexible and forward-thinking with ability to adapt to changing directions
- Effective decision-maker with accountability
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
