We are representing one of the largest hyperscale DC operators in the APAC region, looking for a highly motivated and experienced Investment Analyst to support our Investment Manager in identifying and executing new growth opportunities across the APAC region. As an Investment Analyst, you will play a key role in driving our expansion strategy, building relationships with stakeholders, and managing the investment process from opportunity identification to execution.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Investment Manager to identify and execute new growth opportunities (organic and inorganic) across APAC
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including real estate companies, consultants, telecommunications, and utility companies
- Support commercial material development for large projects
- Manage the investment process, including opportunity identification, contractual negotiations, and M&A or investment execution
- Track and build M&A pipeline in markets of interest
- Work cross-functionally with technology, development, and finance teams to identify new business opportunities
- Develop financial models, business cases, and contribute to deal execution
- Support market analysis, competitive intelligence, and reporting to senior management and investors
- Prepare high-quality briefing papers and recommendations for senior management and board-level consideration

Key Requirements:
- MBA/CA/CFA qualification and tertiary qualifications in Business/Commerce/Economics or similar relevant field
- 4-6 years of experience in investment roles, private equity, investment banking, strategy consulting, or in-house M&A
- Substantial experience in data center, real estate, or infrastructure sectors across APAC
- Proven ability to develop complex business cases and interact with senior stakeholders
- Strong quantitative and financial analysis capabilities
- Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Flexible and forward-thinking with ability to adapt to changing directions
- Strong decision-making and accountability
- Effective communication and presentation skills
