Established in 2010 in Singapore the business has quickly developed into one of the region’s leading building services engineering contractors. We commenced operations in Malaysia in 2019 and Thailand in 2024. We offer a range of engineering and contracting services across the commercial, biotech, pharma, and hospitality sectors.

We are looking for a well-organized estimator to join our team growing team in Southeast Asia. The estimator will work closely with consultants, contractors, and operations personnel within the business, to provide accurate and competitive cost estimates. The role is open to candidates who can work in our Singapore, Kuala Lumpur, or Bangkok offices.


Key Responsibilities:
- Produce competitive, commercially viable tenders for new and existing clients.
- Carry out take-offs from working drawings.
- Able to negotiate the optimum Tender price from suppliers, wholesalers, and subcontractors.
- Demonstrate an innovative approach to arriving at project net cost.
- Manage the enquiry process with the supply chain and appraise quotations for both technical and commercial viability.
- Participate in the handover of successful bids to the delivery team.
- Ensure the delivery team understands the technical, financial, and key programme issues and the key business drivers and expectations of the client.
- Demonstrate ability for innovation that differentiates our clients' tender from competition.

Key Responsibilities:
- Experience in a similar role within an M&E construction company.
- Degree Qualified – in an Engineering Discipline of Quantity Surveying.
- Previous experience using estimation software is an advantage.
- Ability to apply logical and critical thinking skills to projects.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
