The team is expanding its footprint in Indonesia and are currently developing one of the largest mixed-use projects in Jakarta.
We are seeking an experienced MEP Project Manager to join the team in Jakarta. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) aspects of our mixed-use development project, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery while maintaining high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate MEP design and construction activities, including procurement, installation, testing, and commissioning
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including architecture, civil engineering, and construction management
- Develop and manage MEP project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation plans
- Conduct site inspections and monitor MEP work progress, identifying and resolving issues promptly
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, codes, and industry standards
Coordinate with local authorities and stakeholders for MEP-related approvals and inspections
- Manage and resolve conflicts or disputes with contractors, suppliers, or other stakeholders
- Develop and maintain relationships with key MEP stakeholders, including designers, contractors, and suppliers
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 8-10 years of experience in MEP project management, preferably in large-scale mixed-use development projects
- Proven track record of successfully managing MEP projects, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery
- Strong knowledge of local regulations, codes, and industry standards related to MEP systems
- Excellent communication, project management, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
- Proficiency in English and Indonesian languages (written and spoken)
