We are currently representing multiple local and multinational workplace Design and Build organizations which are rapidly expanding, to look for a Mid-Level Designer and Design Lead to join their expanding studios to serve their increasing pool of corporate clients ranging from mid-scale organizations to Fortune 500 companies.
Job Responsibilities:
-Have a strong concept of design philosophy, have experience working with Quantity Surveyors and Project Manager to actualize the Design in a cost effective manner.
-Required to work closely with the Business Development Director to articulate the design intent and design definitions to clients during pitches.
-Conduct design presentations.
-Material selections and working closely with suppliers to execute the design construction.
-Provide support and communicate effectively with team members to ensure timely completion of assigned tasks/projects.
-Work with the project team to execute projects on time and budget.
Job Requirements:
-Interior Designer with excellent presentation skills with a minimum of 6 years of experience.
-Relevant experience of working on Corporate Interiors/Workplace design projects.
-Strong design sensibility and the technical ability to develop a project from concept to execution.
-Good knowledge of design tools such as AutoCAD, Sketchup and Photoshop
