Key Responsibilities:
- Foster strong relationships with management and functional leads to drive financial performance and growth
- Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes to achieve business objectives
- Analyze financial performance, identify areas for improvement, and recommend process enhancements
- Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting, compliance, and cash flow management

Key Requirements:
- 7+ years of commercial finance experience, with a strong track record of driving financial growth and improvement
- In-depth knowledge of accounting standards, regulatory compliance, and taxation
- Experience with ERP systems or SAP is a plus
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and maintain attention to detail
