About the Role: We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Finance Manager to oversee financial operations, reporting, and strategic planning. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial management, compliance, and stakeholder engagement within the real estate or asset management industry.


Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting to ensure effective cost management and revenue optimization.
• Lead the preparation of financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual statements, ensuring compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.
• Develop and implement financial policies, controls, and procedures to enhance operational efficiency.
• Monitor cash flow, working capital, and investment strategies to ensure financial stability.
• Manage tax compliance, including GST and corporate tax filings, in alignment with local regulations.
• Liaise with external auditors, regulatory authorities, and financial institutions to ensure smooth financial operations.
• Support senior management with data-driven insights and recommendations for strategic decision-making.
• Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; CPA, ACCA, or CFA qualification preferred.
• Minimum of 6-8 years of relevant experience in financial management, with a focus on real estate, asset management, or investment industries.
• Strong knowledge of Singapore financial regulations, tax laws, and accounting standards.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Must have real estate/hospitality experience.
