Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting to ensure effective cost management and revenue optimization.
- Lead the preparation of financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual statements, ensuring compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.
- Develop and implement financial policies, controls, and procedures to enhance operational efficiency.
- Monitor cash flow, working capital, and investment strategies to ensure financial stability.
- Manage tax compliance, including GST and corporate tax filings, in alignment with local regulations.
- Liaise with external auditors, regulatory authorities, and financial institutions to ensure smooth financial operations.
- Support senior management with data-driven insights and recommendations for strategic decision-making.
- Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; CPA, ACCA, or CFA qualification preferred.
- Minimum of 6-8 years of relevant experience in financial management, with a focus on real estate, asset management, or investment industries.
- Strong knowledge of Singapore financial regulations, tax laws, and accounting standards.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Must have real estate/hospitality experience.
