We are representing a dynamic startup revolutionizing workplace design and build. We're seeking an experienced HR Manager to join our team, responsible for driving talent acquisition, engagement, and management strategies that foster growth, innovation, and excellence.

We're looking for a seasoned HR Manager to develop and implement comprehensive HR initiatives that attract, retain, and develop top talent. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in talent acquisition, employee engagement, and performance management. This role will report directly to the Founders/CEO.

Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition:
-Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent in the industry
-Build and maintain relationships with recruitment agencies, job boards, and social media platforms
-Manage job postings, applications, and candidate communication
-Conduct interviews, assess candidate fit, and make recommendations for hiring
-Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations

Talent Engagement:
-Design and implement employee engagement initiatives to boost morale, motivation, and retention
-Develop and manage employee recognition and reward programs
-Plan and execute team-building activities, social events, and celebrations
-Conduct regular employee feedback sessions and pulse surveys
-Analyze and address employee concerns to improve overall work environment

Talent Management:
-Develop and implement performance management systems, processes, and tools
-Conduct training needs assessments and design training programs for employees
-Manage employee onboarding, orientation, and offboarding processes
-Develop and maintain succession planning and talent pipeline strategies
-Monitor and analyze key HR metrics (e.g., turnover, time-to-hire, employee satisfaction)

Additional Responsibilities:
-Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies, procedures, and compliance
-Manage employee data, records, and HR systems
-Collaborate with leadership to develop and implement organizational development initiatives
-Provide guidance on HR-related matters to employees and management
-Ensure adherence to Singapore labor laws and regulations

Key Requirements:
-5+ years of experience in HR, with a focus on talent acquisition, engagement, and management
-Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field
-Professional certification in HR (e.g., SHRM, GPHR) preferred
-Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
-Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making abilities
-Proficient in HR systems, tools, and software (e.g., Workday, BambooHR)
-Experience working in a startup or fast-paced environment desirable
-Knowledge of Singapore labor laws and regulations
- Experience in the architecture, design, or construction industry
- Familiarity with design thinking and innovation methodologies
- Certification in organizational development, coaching, or leadership development
