We are currently representing a highly respected interior design consulting firm, specializing in the creation of customized spaces for commercial, retail, hospitality, and residential purposes, and is currently in search of a Assistant Project Manager to join our team based in Singapore
Key responsibilities:
- Manage interior design projects from planning to completion, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards
- Coordinate with design teams, subcontractors, and vendors to meet project requirements and deadlines
- Oversee on-site activities, monitor progress, and resolve construction-related issues
- Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations throughout the projects
- Prepare schedules, budgets, and reports while conducting quality checks and site inspections
Key qualifications:
- Diploma/Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field
- 5-7 years of experience in construction management, preferably in interior design or fit-outs
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and quality standards for interior projects
- Excellent project management, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in construction tools/software and familiar with design drawings (Eg, AutoCAD)
