Key Responsibilities
- Strategic HR Leadership: Develop and execute the HR strategy aligned with business objectives, ensuring the organization attracts, retains, and develops top talent.
- Organizational Development: Lead initiatives to enhance employee engagement, foster a high-performance culture, and support change management efforts.
- Talent Management: Oversee the recruitment, onboarding, and development processes, ensuring succession planning and leadership development programs are in place.
- HR Operations: Manage compensation and benefits programs, HR policies, and compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Employee Relations: Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership and employees, addressing concerns and fostering a positive workplace culture.
- Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion: Champion DEI initiatives to ensure an inclusive environment that values different perspectives.

Key Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- A minimum of 10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven experience in the FMCG sector or a fast-paced, high-growth industry.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws, HR best practices, and emerging trends.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
- Demonstrated ability to drive cultural change and build strong employee engagement.
- Experience in managing HR technology systems and leveraging data for decision-making.
