Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee Facilities Management (FM) operations at assigned venues, ensuring compliance and smooth daily operations.
- Act as the main point of contact for outsourced FM contractors, addressing operational and event-related issues.
- Conduct pre-event checks, support event operations, and monitor facilities during events.
- Collaborate with venue leads and vendors on enhancements and lifecycle work.
- Maintain compliance checklists, track maintenance schedules, and ensure PPM aligns with standards.
- Perform site inspections, spot checks, and address high-risk FM areas.
- Manage signage coordination, defect tracking, and license applications.
- Attend meetings, conduct site checks, and oversee contractor performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Diploma in Engineering, Infrastructure, or Building Services.
- At least 5 years of experience in facilities operations.
- Proficiency in Electrical, Mechanical, AC, Fire Protection, and Plumbing systems.
- Knowledge of soft services (cleaning, waste, landscaping, pest control) preferred.
- Experience in sports/entertainment venues is a plus.
- Strong stakeholder engagement, communication, and organizational skills.
- Detail-oriented, adaptable, and problem-solving abilities.
