We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Senior Finance Manager to coordinate key financial operations in our Client's hospitality business. This role combines expertise in US GAAP reporting, Nasdaq compliance, and treasury management with advanced capabilities in financial structuring and mergers and acquisitions (M&A).
The ideal candidate will be a results-oriented leader with a passion for delivering financial excellence and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the preparation of accurate and timely financial statements in compliance with US GAAP.
- Ensure alignment with Nasdaq reporting requirements, including quarterly and annual filings.
- Manage relationships with external auditors for audits and regulatory reporting.
- Optimize cash flow and liquidity to support operational and strategic objectives.
- Manage and improve banking relationships, financing arrangements, and capital structures.
- Develop strategies to enhance working capital and reduce financial risks.
- Lead financial structuring efforts for acquisitions, joint ventures, and strategic investments.
- Conduct due diligence, financial modeling, and risk assessment for M&A transactions.
- Oversee integration processes post-transaction to ensure seamless financial alignment.
- Develop and monitor KPIs, including those specific to the hospitality industry such as RevPAR, ADR, and occupancy rates.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver financial insights and operational efficiency.
Implement and maintain internal controls to ensure robust financial governance.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA, CFA, or equivalent certification highly preferred.
- Experience in the hospitality or related industry.
- 8-12 years of progressive finance experience, with at least 5 years in leadership roles.
- Extensive knowledge of US GAAP, Nasdaq reporting requirements, and financial compliance.
- Proven expertise in treasury, financial structuring, and M&A processes.
- Strong analytical, modeling, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in financial systems and tools, with advanced Excel capabilities.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
