We are working with one of the most established fit outs contractors which specializes in high-quality renovations and refurbishments for commercial, retail, and hospitality spaces across Asia, in their search for an experienced MEP Quantity Surveyor to join the team. Successful candidate will be responsible for managing costs related to mechanical, electrical, and plumbing aspects of construction projects, ensuring they are completed within budget and to the highest standards.


Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare detailed cost estimates and bills of quantities (BOQs) for MEP systems
- Conduct quantity take-offs from drawings and specifications
- Assist in tender preparation and evaluation
- Manage contractual claims and variations
- Monitor and report on project costs and cash flow
- Prepare cost plans and feasibility studies
- Negotiate with contractors and suppliers
- Provide cost advice to clients and project teams
- Ensure compliance with relevant standards and regulations
- Collaborate with other departments to improve overall project delivery

Key Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in quantity surveying, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in MEP quantity surveying
- Strong knowledge of MEP systems and construction processes
- Familiarity with industry standards 
- Leadership experience 

Key Skills:
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong mathematical and financial acumen
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel
- Effective communication and negotiation skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Time management and ability to work under pressure
- Team player with the ability to work independently when required
