Our client is a real estate developer looking to expand market reach in the region. This role will involve working on the operations aspect of various industrial buildings in Singapore (Toa Payoh)

Key Responsibilities:
- Handle and manage the handover of premises to/from tenants or purchasers
- Plan and implement preventive maintenance schedules for the company's properties
- Supervise and coordinate with contractors for maintenance, repairs, and renovation works
 -Maintain buildings, particularly in areas of security and cleanliness
 -Address and resolve all complaints, feedback, and service requests in a timely manner
 -Foster positive relationships with partners and tenants
- Participate in the company's Emergency Response Team (e.g., SIC, ERT, and First Aider)

Key Requirements:
Degree/Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical), Real Estate, Facilities, Building, or Estate Management
Fire Safety Manager and SCEM certification is a plus
WSQ training in SIC and ERT is advantageous
Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience
A self-driven team player with strong planning, organizing, communication, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
