Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, lead, and monitor the progress and performance of projects to ensure timely completion while managing the daily operational aspects of properties. This includes manpower planning, progress tracking, creating a master schedule, quality management, and cost control.
- Provide leadership and guidance to the team, ensuring performance meets expectations and KPIs are achieved.
- Oversee property operations for the strata areas of specific REIT properties, including high-profile locations.
- Manage facilities operations for a designated management corporation (MCST).
- Participate in project management for special initiatives, including feasibility studies and reconfiguration projects.
- Support project management related to upgrading or replacing mechanical and electrical (M&E) systems for the management corporation.
- Handle fire safety operations for the property and oversee the outsourced security and cleaning teams.
- Develop operational budgets and capital expenditure estimates for the REIT and designated MCST.
- Maintain close communication with relevant stakeholders regarding property and facilities management.
- Ensure operational efficiency in planning and executing preventive, corrective, and reactive maintenance programs, serving as a first responder in emergencies.
- Supervise security, fire safety protocols, and operational guidelines for the property.

Key Requirements:
- A degree in Engineering (Electrical or Mechanical), Building, Facilities Management, or a related field.
- A minimum of 15 years of hands-on experience in maintaining M&E building systems and property management within a mixed-use development.
- Knowledge of environmental certification requirements, such as the BCA Green Mark.
- Strong understanding of tenant management, building maintenance, technical services, and construction.
- Demonstrated leadership and project management skills, including budgeting and forecasting capabilities.
 -Willingness to be hands-on when necessary and collaborate with the team to resolve issues.
 -Certification as a Fire Safety Manager is a plus.
- Resourceful with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Proactive and eager to learn new skills and knowledge.
- Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Candidates with certification as a Green Mark Manager will have an additional advantage.
