We're currently representing an established Workplace Design and Build Firm in SIngapore, with a sight to expand in the SEA region, seeking an ambitious and strategic Business Development Senior Manager to spearhead our expansion in the Southeast Asian region. As a key member of the team, you'll drive growth, identify new business opportunities, and build lasting relationships with clients and partners.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a regional business development strategy, aligning with company goals
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and collaborations
- Build and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives, clients, and industry partners
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and industry trend assessments
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop tailored solutions and proposals
- Lead pitches, presentations, and negotiations to secure new projects
- Foster a culture of business development within the organization, mentoring junior team members
- Monitor and report on market trends, sales performance, and customer feedback
- Establish and maintain local networks, partnerships, and relationships
- Adapt business development strategies to suit regional markets and cultures

Key Requirements:
- 10+ years of business development experience in the architecture, design, or construction industry
- Proven track record of driving growth, securing new business, and building strategic partnerships
- Strong network and connections in the Southeast Asian region
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Strategic thinker with a solutions-focused approach
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Architecture, Engineering, or related fields
- Fluency in English (additional languages an advantage)
- Experience with workplace design and build, commercial real estate, or related industries
- Knowledge of Southeast Asian markets, cultures, and business practices
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools
- Leadership experience, with ability to motivate and mentor team members
