We are working with a multidisciplinary design and build firm that provides integrated solutions through experiential design and execution, specializing in interior architecture, exhibitions, and commercial spaces in their search for a quantity surveyor here in Singapore 


Key responsibilities
- Review tender or request for proposal requirements
- Establish tender scope of works & detailed bills of quantity
- Contractors evaluation & negotiation (to work with Singapore team)
- Certify contractor’s progress claims

Key requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Building or Civil Engineering
- Good interpersonal & leadership qualities
- Good communication & writing skills
- At least 3 years’ relevant experience in the Interior or Construction Industry
- Independent, positive attitude & strong sense of responsibility
