We are currently representing a highly respected interior design consulting firm, specializing in the creation of customized spaces for commercial, retail, hospitality, and residential purposes, and is currently in search of a Quantity Surveyor to join our team based in Singapore


Key responsibilities:
- Ensure accurate tender pricing, review final drafts, and prepare BOQs, cost estimates, and tender documents 
- Negotiate with subcontractors and continuously source new vendors for competitive pricing and better terms 
- Verify and monitor project claims, invoices and ensure timely issuance of progress claims and certification to clients 
- Oversee compliance of contractual records with clients and suppliers to safeguard company interests 
- Coordinate with the project team  

Key qualifications:
- Diploma or degree in quantity surveying or a related field, with 3-5 years of experience, preferably in interior design or fit-outs 
- Knowledge of interior fit-out materials is advantage
- Strong communication, interpersonal skills, and proficiency in spoken and written English
- Able to work independently, meet tight deadlines, and perform well under pressure 
- Self-motivated, committed, and a team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
