We are currently representing a highly respected interior design consulting firm, specializing in the creation of customized spaces for commercial, retail, hospitality, and residential purposes, and is currently in search of a BD Executive to join our team based in Singapore
Job responsibilities:
- Acquire leads, update the cold call database, and follow up with emails, letters, and brochures
- Secure appointments to present the AI portfolio and services and obtain invitations to RFPs and tenders
- Collect client information and design briefs, and communicate project needs to the team for comprehensive understanding and response
- Prepare proposals, RFPs and tender responses, ensuring timely submission and adherence to deadlines
- Maintain strong client relationships through regular communication, attend all project meetings, and follow up with thank-you notes and meeting minutes
Key requirements:
- 2-3 years as BD executives with a robust network in commercial office design
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships
- Solid background in sales, with experience in prospecting and cold calling
- Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities, complemented by proficiency in MS words, PowerPoint and excel
- Strong time management skills and experience in preparing and presenting quotations and tenders in collaboration with in-house quantity surveyor
