We are currently representing a leading construction company based in Singapore, with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality projects across various sectors including residential, commercial, and industrial.


Key Responsibilities:
- Perform measurements for quantities
- Sourcing of Subcontractors and Suppliers
- Evaluation of price comparison
- Estimation for variation submission
- Attend site and Consultant/ Technical meetings
- Valuing and Preparing Progress Claims and Sub-Contract Progress Payments
- Prepare and issue Subcontract variation orders.
- Monitoring of Project Variations
- Conducting site measurements
- In addition to the above mentioned duties and responsibilities, any other assignments given occasionally or on a daily basis by the immediate Superior

Key Requirements:
- Degree or Diploma in Building / Civil Engineering or equivalent
- Minimum 3 to 4 years of relevant experience
