Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement retail design concepts, ensuring alignment with client objectives and brand identity
- Conduct site analyses, assessing existing conditions and identifying opportunities for improvement
- Create 2D and 3D design presentations, utilizing software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including architects, engineers, and contractors, to ensure seamless project delivery
- Manage and maintain project documentation, including design development, construction documentation, and project close-out
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements
- Provide exceptional client service, responding to inquiries and resolving issues promptly
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in retail interior design, with a focus on design consultancy and design-and-build projects
- Proficiency in design software, including AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite
- Excellent communication, project management, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple projects and deadlines
