We are working with this company which specializes in interior design and build services, focusing on projects such as residential renovations, commercial spaces, and unique architectural designs that emphasize both aesthetics and functionality in their search for a Project Manager 


Key responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage all phases of the design process, from initial concept to final implementation
- Develop project schedules, budgets, and resource plans
- Collaborate with designers, architects, contractors, and suppliers to ensure project success
- Conduct client meetings to understand requirements, preferences, and timelines
- Oversee the creation of design concepts, mood boards, and layout plans
- Manage the selection and sourcing of materials, furnishings, and finishes
- Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and industry standards
- Conduct site visits and monitor project progress
- Resolve conflicts and address issues that arise during the project lifecycle
- Maintain clear communication channels with all stakeholders

Key qualifications:
- 3-4 years of experience in interior design project management
- Strong knowledge of interior design principles and project management methodologies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills2
- Proficiency in design software and project management tools
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field
