We are partnering with one of Singapore's leading interior design agencies, specializing in innovative, human-centric workplace and commercial spaces, with a strong focus on sustainability and user experience, in their search for a Business Development Manager.


Key responsibilities:
- Research and target potential clients in sectors such as corporate offices, restaurants, retail, education, and wellness spaces.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients, understanding their needs and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to inform strategic planning.
- Collaborate with the design team to prepare and present compelling proposals tailored to client requirements.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to promote the company's services and expand the client base.
- Work closely with the marketing team to develop and implement strategies that enhance brand visibility and attract new business.

Key qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Interior Design, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, preferably within the interior design or related industry.
- Strong understanding of interior design principles and the ability to communicate design concepts effectively.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
