Our client is a reputable developer with existing residential, commercial, and retail properties. 

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Project Manager to oversee the enhancement and maintenance of a high-profile commercial property in the central business district. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that the property exceeds industry benchmarks for premium office buildings.

Key Responsibilities:
- Support senior management in developing project briefs, proposals, design intents, and contractor pre-qualification processes.
- Oversee tender documentation and evaluation before contract awards.
- Conduct site inspections and attend meetings with internal stakeholders, consultants, and contractors, ensuring alignment with project goals.
- Manage ongoing asset enhancement initiatives, including solar panel installations, façade upgrades, and refurbishment of key building areas such as restrooms and lobbies.
- Oversee mechanical, electrical, and operational tasks as required, ensuring seamless execution.
- Coordinate with all stakeholders to monitor contractor performance, address site challenges, and resolve technical issues.
- Ensure timely submission and tracking of project schedules, reports, and contractor progress updates.

Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Building Services, or a related field, with a minimum of five years of relevant experience.
- Strong background in sustainability initiatives, with a preference for candidates accredited in green building standards.
- Hands-on experience in project management, particularly in coordinating M&E, structural, and architectural works within an operational commercial property.
- A team player with the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Proficiency in MS Office, PowerPoint, and design software such as AutoCAD.
