Key Responsibilities:
- New Business Development & Sales Promotion
- Identify and pursue new project opportunities
- Generate sales leads and build a strong pipeline
- Promote sales through maintenance and after-sales service
- Industry Knowledge & Sales Planning
- Develop strategic sales plans informed by our sales guidelines
- Build a client portfolio and generate new business leads
- Client Relations & Coordination

- Coordinate with design and construction teams, managing post-project after-services
- Attend delivery and oversee installation follow-up
Key Requirements:
Experience & Skills
- Intermediate English skills (TOEIC score of 550 or above)
- Proficiency in Japanese (equivalent to a native speaker) for non-Japanese nationals
- Familiarity with Microsoft Teams, Excel, and other common Office software
