We are partnering with a globally recognized leader in elevators, escalators, and moving walkways, renowned for delivering innovative urban mobility solutions with a strong emphasis on safety, efficiency, and sustainability, in their search for a Business Development Manager in Singapore.


Key responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities, fostering strong relationships with developers, contractors, architects, and key stakeholders.
- Drive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market expansion goals.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities for business growth.
- Work closely with internal teams, including engineering, project management, and after-sales service, to ensure seamless execution of contracts.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profitability while maintaining strong client relationships.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.
- Prepare and present business proposals, sales reports, and forecasts to senior management.

Key qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or key account management, preferably in the elevators, escalators, or construction industry.
- Strong network within the building and infrastructure sector in Singapore.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strategic mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
