Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage multiple workplace design projects from concept to completion, ensuring timely delivery and exceptional quality.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences to deliver tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including architects, engineers, and project managers, to ensure seamless project execution.
- Mentor and guide junior designers, sharing expertise and best practices to foster growth and development.
- Conduct site analyses, space planning, and feasibility studies to inform design decisions.
- Develop and maintain knowledge of industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements.
- Participate in business development initiatives, including proposal writing and presentations.
- Contribute to the development of the company's design standards, guidelines, and knowledge base.

Key Requirements:
- 8+ years of experience in workplace design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise.
- Professional degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
- Strong technical skills in Autodesk Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and other design software.
- Excellent communication, project management, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple projects and deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
- Experience working with multinational clients and projects.
- Knowledge of sustainable design principles and wellness-focused design is a plus.
