We are working with a design company that provides comprehensive interior design and build services, offering innovative solutions from concept to construction that reflect a client's corporate identity and culture in workspace design in their search for a senior designer 


Key responsibilities:
- Develop innovative design concepts that align with clients' brand identities and cultural values
- Lead design projects from initial concept through to completion, overseeing all aspects of the design process
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including architects, engineers, and project managers
- Create detailed design presentations and documentation for client approval and construction purposes
- Mentor junior designers and contribute to the overall growth of the design team
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in workspace design and incorporate them into projects when appropriate

Key requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in commercial interior design, with a focus on workspace environments
- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong portfolio demonstrating creativity, innovation, and attention to detail in workspace design
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
- NCIDQ certification preferred
