Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of designers, fostering a culture of creativity, innovation, and collaboration.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their needs and preferences to deliver tailored design solutions.
- Conceptualize and design innovative, functional, and aesthetically pleasing workplaces that align with clients' objectives and brand identity.
- Conduct site analyses, space planning, and feasibility studies to inform design decisions.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure seamless project execution.
- Develop and manage design budgets, timelines, and resource allocation.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve design quality.
- Present design concepts and proposals to clients, communicating the value and benefits of design solutions.
- Ensure design compliance with regulatory requirements, sustainability standards, and company guidelines.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in interior design, Architecture, or related field.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in workplace design, with a proven track record of leading design teams and projects.
- Professional certification (NCIDQ, LEED AP, or equivalent) preferred.
- Proficiency in design software (Autodesk Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite).
- Excellent communication, project management, and leadership skills.
