We are currently working with a dynamic design consultancy focused on creating innovative workspace solutions that enhance user experience and optimize space in their search for an assistant designer here in Singapore. You will work closely with our workplace strategists and project managers to deliver exceptional design solutions that align with our clients' visions and culture.


Key responsibilities:
- Create innovative design concepts that enhance user experience while optimizing space utilization. Develop detailed design presentations and documentation.
- Engage with clients to gather insights about their needs, aspirations, and organizational culture. Translate these insights into effective design strategies.
- Collaborate with project managers to ensure designs are implemented effectively, adhering to timelines and budget constraints.
- Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and technologies. Conduct research to inform design decisions and enhance project outcomes.
- Work alongside workplace strategists, change management experts, and other designers to create cohesive solutions that address client challenges holistically.

Key qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- Proven experience in workplace design or interior architecture (Min 1 years)
- Strong portfolio showcasing innovative design projects.
- Proficiency in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present ideas clearly.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
