We're currently working with an international real estate developer in seeking an experienced and motivated Development Assistant Manager to join our team, working across seven exciting projects in NSW, Victoria, and Queensland. This is an exceptional opportunity to contribute to milestone projects, including the highly anticipated launch of our first Build-to-Rent project in Melbourne. This role will be based in Sydney.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive support across all development-related tasks
- Collaborate with external consultants, stakeholders, accountants, and treasury teams
- Manage financial feasibilities, cost uploads, and capital calls
- Assist with investment memos, research, and reporting to senior management
- Coordinate legal documentation, sales and marketing initiatives, and procurement processes
- Manage social media and PR through our agency partner
- Perform general administrative tasks
Key Requirements:
- Degree in Property Economics, Engineering, Project Management or related field
- 3-5 years of experience in property development, valuation, project management or similar
- Proficiency in Argus Estate Master and Excel
- Excellent communication, research, and analytical skills
- Ability to travel interstate and work collaboratively in a team
- Experience in Build-to-Rent and Build-to-Suit environments (desirable)
