We're seeking an experienced Associate Director to join our Quantity Surveying team in Singapore, leading high-profile projects and driving business growth across the region.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage multiple projects, ensuring exceptional client service and delivery
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships, identifying opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and deepen ties
- Manage and lead project teams, providing guidance and expertise to ensure successful project outcomes
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, consultants, and contractors to deliver projects efficiently and effectively
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements, applying this knowledge to drive business growth
- Contribute to business development, identifying new opportunities and helping to promote our services

Key Requirements:
- Degree in a relevant discipline (e.g., M&E/Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Project Management)
- Proven experience in quantity surveying, project management, or a related field
- Excellent communication, influencing, and leadership skills
- Strong industry network and ability to develop new relationships
- Proficient in MS Office, particularly Word, Excel, and MS Project
- Strong commercial awareness, with experience in contract management, tendering, and negotiation
