Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate closely with internal teams, including technical specialists, designers, and project managers, to ensure seamless delivery of tailored solutions to clients.
- Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, presentations, and negotiations to secure contracts and foster long-term client partnerships.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, client needs, and potential growth areas.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry developments, ensuring alignment with client expectations and market demands.

Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as architecture, design, engineering, or business.

- Bilingual proficiency in English and Japanese, with excellent written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
