We are seeking an experienced and strategic Country Manager to lead our operations in Thailand. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, developing and executing country strategies, and building strong relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the country strategy and business plan to achieve revenue growth and market share objectives
- Lead and manage a high-performing team, including sales, marketing, and operations to ensure alignment and achievement of country objectives
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders to drive business growth and reputation
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships, collaborations, and acquisitions
- Collaborate with regional and global teams to leverage best practices, share knowledge, and drive synergies
- Develop and manage country budgets, forecasts, and reports to ensure financial performance and compliance
- Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory changes to ensure country competitiveness and compliance
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 10 years of experience in a leadership role, preferably in the telecommunications or digital infrastructure industry
- Proven track record of driving business growth, developing and executing country strategies, and building strong relationships with customers and partners
- Strong knowledge of the Thai market, including regulatory requirements, competitor activity, and customer needs
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
Nice to Have
- Master's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field
- Professional certification in business or engineering, such as MBA or PE
- Experience with digital transformation, cloud computing, and emerging technologies
- Knowledge of Thai language and culture
- Experience with mergers and acquisitions, partnerships, and joint ventures
