We are currently working with a renowned real estate developer and operator in seeking an experienced and skilled Senior Executive/Manager Manager (Workspace) - to join our team in Singapore. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for leading offline marketing activities, managing marketing enquiries, and collating department reports. Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership
· Reporting to the Assistant Vice President of Marketing, you will oversee the Offline Marketing team and be responsible for driving offline marketing activities, managing marketing enquiries, collating of department reports, and oversee the department’s systems, processes and administrative functions
Marketing and Promotions
· Develop and execute offline marketing strategies and leasing promotions to generate awareness and increase conversions among potential decision-makers
· Manage property listings and ads on property portals
· Identify and implement marketing opportunities such as trade exhibitions, seminars, events and industry association channels
· Produce BAU marketing collaterals and digital assets, including property videos and 360 virtual tours for the property portfolio
· Ensure property information in marketing collaterals and website are regularly updated
· Produce and manage marketing hoardings and leasing banners on buildings, including BCA applications and renewals
Agent Outreach
· Create and implement targeted marketing plans to expand our network of agent partners
· Plan and organize agent site tours, networking/appreciation events, incentive programs, and EDMs to actively promote the properties and engage agents
· Drive and manage the CapitaLand Workspace Partner Rewards program, including publicity, tracking of agent payouts, program enhancements and maintenance of the agent portal
· Supervise the team responsible for handling daily inquiries from various digital platforms such as email, WhatsApp and Telegram
· Track, analyze and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, conducting lead analysis on a monthly basis
· Establish processes for lead qualification and ensure timely follow up of leads by the team
Systems, Processes and Administrative Functions
· Compile monthly reports
· Plan and administer the marketing budget, collaborating closely with cross-functional stakeholders and obtaining necessary approvals
· Oversee department processes, streamlining and digitalizing marketing/reporting processes to enhance efficiency
· Manage the CRM system to support Marketing’s reporting needs
· Coordinate annual audits with internal and external stakeholders
· Oversee department administrative and compliance functions
· Represent the Marketing department in a cross-functional team to drive enterprise system integrations
Requirements:
· Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
· At least 5 to 8 years’ relevant experience with strong marketing background. Experience in the real estate industry is a plus
· Good knowledge of CRM system and analytics tools. Candidates with experience in Martech will have added advantage
· Proficient in Microsoft Powerpoint and advanced Microsoft Excel skills
· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
· Team player with good interpersonal, communication and stakeholder-management skills
· Self-starter, resourceful, proactive and meticulous
