Key responsibilities:
- Develop and execute country-specific business strategies to achieve growth targets.
- Identify market opportunities and trends to position the company as a leader in the design and build sector.
- Establish and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and government bodies.
- Oversee end-to-end project management, ensuring timely delivery, adherence to budget, and high-quality outcomes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline project workflows and resolve challenges.
- Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions when necessary.
- Drive client acquisition efforts and maintain strong client relationships to secure repeat business.
- Represent the company at industry events, fostering partnerships and networking opportunities.
- Lead the preparation of proposals, bids, and presentations for prospective projects
- Build, lead, and motivate a high-performing team to achieve organizational goals.
Key qualifications:
- A proven track record of success in the design and build environment, with hands-on experience managing projects from start to finish.
- A hustler’s mentality with a strong drive to achieve ambitious goals.
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and align teams toward common objectives.
- Outstanding organizational skills, capable of orchestrating complex projects and delivering on time.
- Strong business acumen and ability to navigate market dynamics to drive growth.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build lasting relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Project Management, or a related field; a Master’s degree is a plus.
- Willingness to travel extensively as needed to support business operations.
