We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to oversee financial operations, reporting, and compliance for a listed real estate firm. This role involves managing financial statements, budgeting, and regulatory reporting to ensure compliance with MAS and SGX requirements. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial management and a keen understanding of Singapore’s regulatory landscape.


Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Reporting & Compliance – Prepare and review financial statements, management reports, and SGX announcements, ensuring compliance with MAS and IFRS/SFRS.

- Budgeting & Forecasting – Develop annual budgets, financial projections, and cash flow forecasts to support strategic decision-making.

 -Tax & Treasury Management – Oversee tax compliance (including GST and corporate tax), manage cash flow, and optimize funding structures.

- Investor & Stakeholder Relations – Support investor reporting, earnings presentations, and engagement with auditors, tax advisors, and regulators.

- Operational & Risk Management – Monitor financial controls, assess risks, and ensure adherence to corporate governance and REIT regulations.

Key Requirements:
- Education & Experience – Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA/CA/ACCA qualification preferred.

 -Industry Expertise – Minimum 5–8 years of relevant experience in REITs, real estate finance, or financial reporting.

- Regulatory Knowledge – Strong understanding of MAS, SGX, IFRS/SFRS, and tax regulations applicable to REITs.

- Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills – Proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and data analysis.

- Stakeholder Management – Excellent communication skills with the ability to liaise with auditors, tax advisors, investors, and senior management.
