We're currently representing an internationally expanding Data Centre Operator and are seeking an experienced Investment Manager to join its dynamic team in India, focusing on data centre acquisitions and asset management.
As a key member of our Investments and Asset Management team, you will play a crucial role in driving our investment strategy, identifying new opportunities, and optimizing our existing portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:
- Originate, evaluate, and execute data centre acquisition opportunities, including financial modeling, due diligence, and deal structuring
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, developers, and operators
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including legal, tax, and finance, to ensure seamless deal execution
- Provide asset management support for our existing data centre portfolio, including financial reporting, budgeting, and strategic planning
- Develop and maintain investor relationships, including preparing investor presentations and reports
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market research, and competitor analysis to inform our investment strategy
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Banking, or equivalent
- Professional certifications (CFA, CPA) preferred
- Minimum 4 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, or real estate investing, with a focus on data centre or technology-related investments
- Strong technical skills, including financial modeling, valuation, and due diligence
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
