We are currently representing an international Real Estate Developer in looking for a talented professional to manage our portfolio of investments and identify new property investment opportunities in Southeast Asia and Australia. This newly created role will play a key role in driving our investment strategy and optimizing asset value.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and monitor the business plans and operational cash flow of property investment projects to enhance asset value.
- Develop and manage budgets for investment projects, and report to headquarters.
- Establish and maintain relationships with business partners, and source, execute, and monitor property investment opportunities.
- Conduct feasibility studies, market research, and due diligence on potential projects.
- Negotiate and finalize deal contracts and agreements with business partners.
- Collaborate with professional firms on legal, accounting, and tax aspects of potential projects.

Key Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience in asset management or investment in the property industry.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or equivalent.
- Internationally recognized professional financial analyst or finance/accounting/investment qualification (e.g., CFA, CAIC, ACCA) is preferred.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and be self-motivated.
