We are seeking an experienced Finance Controller to join our leadership team and drive financial excellence across our international operations.

We are looking for a seasoned Finance Controller to lead our financial planning, analysis, and reporting functions regionally. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of driving business growth, improving profitability, and providing strategic financial guidance to senior management. The Finance Controller will also play a key role in advising management on merger and acquisitions, financial implications of geographical expansions, and other strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Business Partnering: Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement business strategies, providing financial insights and guidance to drive business growth and profitability.
- Financial Planning and Analysis: Lead the development of financial plans, budgets, and forecasts, providing variance analysis and recommendations to senior management.
- Financial Reporting: Oversee the preparation of financial reports, including monthly management accounts, annual financial statements, and other regulatory reports, ensuring compliance with international financial reporting standards.
- Operational Management: Supervise the finance team globally, providing guidance and support to ensure accurate and timely financial information.
- Merger and Acquisitions: Advise management on financial implications of merger and acquisition opportunities, including due diligence, financial modeling, and integration planning.
- Geographical Expansions: Analyze financial implications of expanding into new markets, including market research, competitive analysis, and financial modeling.
- Risk Management: Identify and mitigate financial risks, including foreign exchange, interest rate, and commodity price risks, ensuring compliance with international risk management standards.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with financial regulations, including tax laws, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements across multiple jurisdictions.
- Special Projects: Lead special projects, such as financial system implementations, process improvements, and cost reduction initiatives.

Key Requirements:
- Professional Qualifications: Chartered Accountant (CA), Certified Public Accountant (CPA), or equivalent.
- Experience: Minimum 8-10 years of experience in finance, with at least 3-5 years in a senior leadership role, preferably in a multinational company.
Industry Knowledge: Experience in the relocation or logistics industry is desirable, with knowledge of financial regulations, accounting standards, and industry trends.
- Strong strategic thinking, business acumen, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Strong analytical, financial modeling, and data analysis skills.
- Proficient in financial systems, including ERP systems, and Microsoft Office.
- Fluency in English, with proficiency in additional languages desirable.
