We are currently working closely with a fast expanding new economy sector developer and operator in looking for a Financial Controller in Singapore, playing a vital role in driving financial excellence and supporting business growth in the region. This candidate will play a critical role in overseeing financial operations, internal controls, and regulatory compliance.
Reporting to the Group Chief Financial Officer, you will lead financial reporting, management, and compliance across Singapore, Greater China, South Korea, Japan, Australia, and Malaysia. You will provide strategic financial insights to support business growth and decision-making, while ensuring adherence to accounting standards, regulatory requirements, and group policies.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Establish and enforce financial policies, procedures, and internal controls to safeguard group assets
- Oversee tax compliance, audit readiness, and finance system implementations
- Drive process improvements and efficiency gains in financial operations

Key Requirements:
- 8-10 years of financial management experience, with 3+ years in a controller or senior finance role
- Strong expertise in financial reporting, tax regulations, statutory requirements, and internal controls for multi-jurisdictional operations
- Analytical, organized, and hands-on approach to managing financial operations
- Demonstrated leadership and communication skills, with experience managing high-performance finance teams
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Experience in private equity-backed companies or real estate industry
- Familiarity with regional accounting standards, tax regulations, and statutory requirements
