As a key member of our Critical Environments team, you will leverage your technical expertise to optimize and maintain our Distributed Control Systems (DCS) and Building Management Systems (BMS). Reporting to the Senior Manager - DCS Service, you will provide technical leadership in DCS maintenance, optimization, and root cause analysis . You will also lead small-scale improvement projects to enhance system performance and efficiency
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations across Asia.

Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and optimize DCS and CMS across multiple sites
- Conduct system backups, ensure ICT and cybersecurity compliance, and update firmware/software
- Analyze data to generate actionable insights and recommendations
- Provide L1-L3 technical support and incident management
- Address performance issues within Niagara applications
- Foster strong relationships with site operations teams

Key Requirements
- 5-8 years of experience in Tridium Niagara-based control systems maintenance, programming, and integration
- 1-2 years of people management experience
- Data centre experience preferred
- Strong technical background in DDC/PLC logic, HVAC, electrical, UPS, and automation protocols
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and networking skills
