We are partnering with a leading multidisciplinary architecture and design consultancy based in Singapore, widely recognized for delivering innovative, sustainable, and culturally impactful built environment solutions across Asia and beyond, in their search for a skilled M&E Quantity Surveyor to join their team.
Key responsibilities:
- Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and tender documentation for M&E works.
- Evaluate and negotiate M&E subcontractor quotations and contracts.
- Manage project cost control, variations, and progress claims.
- Conduct value engineering and cost-benefit analysis during design and construction stages.
- Collaborate with consultants, engineers, and project managers to ensure accurate cost tracking and reporting.
- Monitor project budgets and ensure financial efficiency throughout the project lifecycle.
- Prepare final accounts and ensure timely project closure.
Key requirements:
- Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 4–6 years of relevant experience in M&E quantity surveying, preferably within consultancy or project management firms.
- Strong knowledge of M&E systems and construction methods.
- Proficiency in cost management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work independently under tight deadlines.
