We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Post-Contract Technical Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in translating design concepts into detailed technical drawings and specifications, ensuring the seamless execution of luxury hospitality projects. This position requires a keen eye for detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders.


Key responsibilities:
        - Technical Documentation: Develop and prepare detailed technical drawings and specifications for post-contract phases of luxury hospitality projects.
- Collaboration: Work closely with architects, interior designers, and project managers to ensure design intent is accurately translated into technical documentation.
- Problem Solving: Identify potential design issues and provide innovative solutions to maintain project timelines and quality standards.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough reviews of technical drawings to ensure compliance with industry standards and project requirements.
- Client Interaction: Liaise with clients to understand their needs and provide updates on project progress, ensuring client satisfaction.
- Project Management Support: Assist in managing project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.

Key qualifications:
 - Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar role within the luxury hospitality sector.
- Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit) for creating detailed drawings.
- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite for design presentations.
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations relevant to hospitality projects.
- Experience working on international luxury hospitality projects
