We are representing a premier hyperscale data centre operator in the Asia-Pacific region, providing secure, reliable, and scalable infrastructure to leading cloud providers, enterprises, and organizations. We're seeking an experienced Senior Technical Services Manager to lead our technical operations team in Hong Kong.
As Senior Technical Services Manager, you will report to the Operations Director and oversee critical environment maintenance planning, lead a team of Technical Services Managers, and ensure 100% uptime and compliance with customer SLAs and safety regulations at our Hong Kong data centre.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of Technical Services Managers, providing guidance on maintenance planning and contract management
- Oversee preventive maintenance, repair works, and OPEX budget management
- Collaborate with Building Services Manager on property-related matters
- Ensure compliance with site operating procedures, regulatory requirements, and industry standards (ISMS, SOC2, PCI, ISO9001, ISO14001)
- Manage vendor performance, track operational metrics, and analyze risks
- Serve as primary operational contact for customers, providing issue reports and incident notices
- Coordinate construction activities, ensuring system design, installation, and testing adhere to operational standards
- Review customer capacity management plans to maintain power capacity within limitations
- Attend witness testing of equipment during commissioning and receive/review operational documentation for new capacity
Key Requirements:
- 8+ years of mechanical and electrical experience in data centres, facilities, engineering operations, or related fields
- Electrical, mechanical, or building services engineering degree
- Solid understanding of data centre infrastructure, including power and cooling systems
- Knowledge of local statutory regulations and requirements
- Strong leadership and team management experience
- Ability to establish and review Method of Procedure documents, maintenance reports, and incident reports
- Familiarity with Customer Portals, BMS, Computerized Maintenance Management Systems, and CAD (desirable)
- Effective key partner management experience and customer-centric approach
