We are working closely with an international real estate developer in seeking an experienced Project Director with strong expertise in design management to lead our project teams in delivering high-quality construction projects. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing large-scale construction projects, with a focus on design management, and experience working with Japanese general contractors based in Indonesia.

Key Responsibilities:
- Project Leadership: Lead project teams to deliver construction projects on time, within budget, and to exacting quality standards.
- Design Management: Oversee design management processes, ensuring compliance with client requirements, local regulations, and company standards.
- Stakeholder Management: Coordinate with stakeholders, including clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors.
- Risk Management: Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring that projects are delivered safely and with minimal disruptions.
- Process Improvement: Implement process improvements to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance project delivery.
- Team Management: Lead and manage project teams, including design managers, engineers, and administrative staff.
- Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring that their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
- Project Planning: Develop and manage project plans, including project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure that projects are delivered to high-quality standards, meeting client requirements and company standards.
- Compliance: Ensure that projects comply with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.

Key Requirements:
- Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Experience: Minimum 15 years of experience in construction project management, with a focus on design management.
- Japanese General Contractor Experience: Experience working with Japanese general contractors, preferably in Indonesia.
- Language Skills: Fluent in English and Japanese. Indonesian language skills an advantage.
- Software Skills: Proficient in Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office. Experience with project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) an advantage.
- Certifications: PMP certification preferred.
